Damon Huard is a former American football quarterback. He was the University of Washington Huskies’ number 3 all-time passer. In 1996, Damon signed with the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent. He also played for the Kansas City Chiefs, New England Patriots and Miami Dolphins and has won two Super Bowl rings with the Patriots. Damon retired from football in 2010 and came back to the University of Washington as a major gifts officer for the Tyee Club, lending his name recognition and local ties to the athletic department’s fundraising efforts.

In 2013, Damon assumed the role of Chief Administrative Officer for the University of Washington football program.  As Chief Administrative officer, Damon’s role includes providing student-athletes with player development and professional growth opportunities. He is tasked with developing and maintaining community outreach programs and act as a program liaison to many external organizations. Huard has also been serving as the color analyst for Washington football radio broadcasts on KJR AM and continues to do so along with his Chief Administrative Officer duties.
