Kelly Spencer, PhD, MAPC, is an accomplished Marketing and Communications consulting executive, specializing in organizational strategies and professional communication. A recipient of the prestigious McKnight Doctoral Fellowship, Kelly has over 20 years of experience leading Corporate and Executive Communications in Global Fortune 500 companies across industries, including aerospace, technology, and professional services.

Kelly’s graduate research in Professional Communication, Multimedia, and Instructional Systems Design, coupled with her extensive experience, enables her to skillfully assist organizations and C-suite leaders in engaging their stakeholders, empowering their culture, and growing their brand.
Her passion for helping others and challenging expectations is evident in her notable achievements such as establishing award-winning Diversity Equity and Inclusion programs and developing inclusive, DEI SaaS technology training solutions that have solidified a new line of business revenue. Kelly’s research and authorship of thought leadership and talking points presented at the United Nations, World Bank Leaders on Purpose CEO Summit, to the US Congress and the White House on the topics of ethical AI, the economics of gender equality, sustainability, digital transformation, inclusion, and diversity have made her a respected voice in the industry.
She is also a co-founder of a children’s book club that has increased local literacy rates, introduced young readers to global authors and provided influencers and celebrities with a positive environment to give back to their communities.
A two-time cancer survivor, and a born-again optimist, Kelly is a trained singer and musician who enjoys spending time with the other performers in her family. With each person playing a different instrument, a classical, jazz-infused, pop-rock-blues album must be imminent.
