Application Requirements:

Please use the 2023-2024 Grant Proposal Form to submit your proposal. Each proposal must have a club member as its primary advocate and that advocate cannot be a staff member of the organization seeking funding by the proposed grant. All proposal sections must be complete and submitted to International Service Committee as indicated on the 2023-2024 Grant Proposal Form 2023-2024.

Application Deadline:

Committee proposals for the next annual cycle of funding must be submitted to the International Service Committee by November 1, 2023. 

Evaluation and Decision Timeline:

Committee proposals will be evaluated and approved for funding by the Emerald City Rotary Club Board of Directors by January 31, 2024.  Evaluation criteria include: 1) project sustainability and impact, 2) project cost-effectiveness, 3) project value, 4) degree to which Rotary’s investment is leveraged through the involvement of other partners, 5) the importance of Rotary funds in a catalytic and recognized role and 6) the opportunities for Rotarians to be involved in project implementation.

Funding Availability:

Funding for FY 2023-2024 will be available after January 31, 2024.

Required Project Reporting:

Please use the Grant Report Form which provides space for a 100-word summary of project results and the budget expenditures. The report will be used to compile the Annual Report to all club members.  Please note that funds will be disbursed for any future project awards only after all final reports for previous projects have been submitted.
