With over two decades of experience in strategic human resources and operations leadership, Linda Clark is the principal behind a dynamic organizational development and human resources consulting practice.

She is a professionally recognized human resources strategist and provides advisory and consulting services to organizations in a range of industries including energy, education, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and more. Both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified, she developed curriculum and programs for Oklahoma City University, MetroTech, Rose State College and the University of Central Oklahoma, and is the co-founder of DisruptHR OKC.

She currently serves as the Chair of College Relations for the Oklahoma State Council for HR and as a member of the Oklahoma Metro Employers’ Council.

Linda holds a B.S. in Healthcare Business Administration and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management.

A self-described leadership nerd, Linda continually immerses herself in learning, undertaking additional training in coaching, feedback methodologies and organizational culture development.
