Paula J. Del Giudice of Sammamish, WA, has been the Executive Director of the Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center for five years. She has served as executive director or regional director for three other nonprofit organizations in the Seattle area since 2002.

In addition, she has served on the boards of directors of several religious, arts, and environmental nonprofits starting in her early 20s. In 1999, she was elected by representatives from throughout the country to serve as the first woman volunteer board chair in the National Wildlife Federation’s 63-year history.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Master of Education degree from Regis University in Denver. She has two grown children, two young grandchildren, a very small dog whose name is Moo, and a large golden retriever puppy named Birdie. In addition to her work with Little Bit, she is President of the Rotary Club of Redmond.

In her spare time, she paints watercolors and plays an adequate game of golf.
